I have had a problem with the trip computer/audio system since I bought the car. I came in and described it to Lannie and he continued to work with me until the problem was found and trouble corrected. He listened and continued to believe there was a problem though it did not occur the first few times I had it in at service. He even followed up with us to ensure the solution was complete. The service took a little longer than I expected but the overall service was excellent, I was about an hour later than I had planned to arrive they still got me right in and took care of me. My wife and I were shopping for a new Toyota Highlander Limited in our local area, but were told by two Toyota dealers that they could not get a Highlander equipped the way we wanted. I called Sean Ryan at Hanford Toyota and within a few hours he had located one. We were told they could have the car within two days and made arrangements to pick up the car. Everyone involved our buying experience, Trasee,Chuck,and Sean treated us as though we were family. We highly reccommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used car.

Our service was great! We were helped by Ramon Lopez. He made it a simple, and quick process. He was able to meet our needs perfectly. He asked us what we wanted and he achieved it easily. I rate this dealer high because the sales person Manny Zuniga treated me with upmost respect, he was very open and forthcoming with information about the vehicles on the lot, he was patient to listen to questions I had, and answered every single completely.He wasn't pushy or insistant on any particular vehicle. After searching for the right car at the right price...for quite some time, I made a phone call (on advice from another dealership that they may have exactly what I wanted)to Hanford. Staff were respectful and no pressure at all. They all there to help you when you need it and they dont follow you like a tail. They treat everyone like the way they want to be treated. I contacted Hanford Toyota when I decided to get a new Highlander Hybrid. They offered me a great price right away, but did not have a car on the lot. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were friendly, and courteous and there was no pressure. All of my questions and concerns were addressed directly without any "grey" areas, and the numbers quoted to me on the purchase of my new vehicle and my trade-in were exactly what was on the contract when I went in to sign. I was so impressed by John Miller's knowledge of the product (Prius), congeniality, and tremendous effort to locate the Prius we wanted. He really connected with us. I chose to buy from John at Hanford Toyota over the three other dealerships simply because he followed through with what he promised, gave me options based on the information I gave him (unlike some of the others), and he was upfront and reasonable when coming to an agreement on price. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, John was as knowledgable about the product as he was personable to work with. Would highly recommend this dealership.
